Luxury villas in goa

Throughout our journey of designing luxury holiday homes in Goa and houses for sale in Coonoor and Kotagiri, we have adhered to a few principles. With blending comfort and luxe together, and reeling heritage elements into our designs, we also understand how important it is to develop methods that minimize the damage caused to the environment and run businesses in a manner that considers social and economic effects in general. We, don’t just strive to make a difference in your life, we also want to make a difference in the world.

We believe that sustainability is one imperative factor to consider in luxury design. And, we ensure that we inculcate sustainable practices into our work. By executing environment-friendly design plans for our homes, we also attempt at conserving water.

A person over utilises over 150 litres of water daily. Given there are ways we can contribute towards saving water through simple practices, we have integrated Rainwater Harvesting and an irrigation system in all our villas in Goa and our houses in Coonoor and Kotagiri.

As a part of our initiative, we encourage our guests to save water during bathing, brushing, washing and other activities by placing tent cards in all our homes. By turning off the tap while brushing, washing your face, and shaving can save up to 10 to 15 litres of water a day. Moreover, reporting a leak, and avoiding excess and unnecessary usage of water is a good contribution to water conservation. Apart from these everyday practices, we have also incorporated rainwater harvesting and drip and sprinkler irrigation system in our houses. This not only helps to conserve water but also recycle and maintain what belongs to the environment.

We build luxury homes across India and aspire to venture into other countries too. However, the luxury for us goes beyond just grandeur home elements and convenience. Sustainability is and will always be an integral part of what we do to help save the environment. Our water conservation plans in all our homes are a few steps at giving back to nature without deriving us of the basics.
