The supplement is a perfect fit for Isprava, as it is a reflection of the lives of today’s young readers who are busy, driven and ambitious, pursuing new dreams – just the way Isprava is. The article talks about how Isprava is breaking the boundaries of the “typical” holiday home destination and redefining luxury living in India. We no longer have to travel to the French Riviera or Amalfi Coast to get a slice of the good life. Isprava brings it home. Isprava’s Founder and CEO, Nibhrant Shah comments in the article, “We believe the high-end holiday home market in India is poised for massive growth. Indians are becoming incredibly discerning and Isprava fits in perfectly with their lifestyle, with homes that look and feel even more luxurious than the best seven-star hotels.” Isprava not only ensures that your home is comfortable and fully-serviced but also in locations that are secluded and exclusive yet close to all the action. Rohan Lamba, ex director at Nomura, Capital Markets, Hong Kong adds, “The beauty of the holiday home market is that it allows buyers to not only own a beautiful home, but it helps them experience a quieter and more luxurious lifestyle only a few hours away from their primary homes. People are happy to explore India and other nearby destinations in place of Lake Como and Nice especially when you have a brand of luxury that is at par with those internationally, like Isprava.” To read the entire article, log on to https://www.isprava.com/press/et-panache-2017/. GOA’S HIDDEN SECRETS, ISPRAVA AND BEYOND

The Goa for everyone is quite different from the Goa that you can call your own – a Goa that rarely is experienced. From Isprava’s doorsteps to off the beaten sandy beaches, we take you on a journey through a unique Goa dotted with boutique charms and bursting with bespoke treasures.

Isprava’s homes are a melting pot of innovative design, exquisite architecture, heritage and modern influence. Goa in many ways is too. A Goa that many don’t know about. This time, we take you through a Goa that’s more than just bustling bars and beach parties. A Goa that touches the heart and leads you back home filled with a wealth of experience – to your Isprava villa. For an enigmatic journey through Goa’s history of annexation, visit the ruins of the majestic forts scattered across Goa. We suggest the Reis Magos Fort, Verem – a beautifully restored fort which overlooks part of the sea and houses a museum. Then explore Old Goa’s many charms, not only the Basilica of Bom Jesus, but also the Church of St Augustine, Chapel of Mount Mary and the Statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. For a dose of culture, take a bicycle ride through Fontainhas, a whimsical and colourful area, which is the oldest Latin Quarter in Goa. Marvel at the old homes, boutique hotels, quaint restaurants, cafes and galleries. If you’re looking for some vitamin sea, skip the usual water sports, and try wind surfing or go scuba diving at Barracuda Diving India. Everyone parasails, but not everyone knows you can go hot air ballooning in Goa too. If you’re in the mood to indulge in a lavish picnic, make the perfect spread in the comfort of your Isprava villa kitchen and make your way to Bat Island and Divar Island in Goa. Go trekking through waterfalls, explore bird parks, spice plantations, wildlife sanctuaries – the list is endless, and different from anything you’ve ever done in Goa before. STYLED WITH HIGH DESIGN

With her merchandising background and keen eye for style, Supriya Hiremath Vora styles homes with her unique aesthetic and gives each space a new lease of life. Today she gives us a peek into her stylish life of design.

When you design a space, it takes imagination to really make it your own. After working at companies like Ensemble and The Label Life, Supriya started her own freelance interior design and styling business to help people make their space individualistic and unique with the right style cues. Today we get some insights from her.

Q. What are three elements that you would want in your holiday home?
A holiday home is a place of escape. You should feel at one with nature, yet be able to indulge in the comforts of luxury. I think it is very important to have a fluid interaction between the indoors and outdoors. Think balconies, courtyards, open bathrooms, outdoor corridors, and more. Beautiful landscaping is another aspect to make your holiday home a true masterpiece. And last but not the least, classical interiors that combine heritage with modernity. And Isprava does all of the above, with such an aesthetic flair. Over and above its impeccable design aesthetic, attention to detail and functionality within the villa, what makes Isprava even more unique is its end to end services.

Q. How according to you is Isprava changing the landscape of holiday home real estate in India?
Isprava has been the first to offer buyers an opportunity to own a holiday home that can compare to the finest luxury properties in India in terms of its aesthetics, comfort and services. Discerning clients from all parts of the country are scrambling to have a home in their favourite beach destination or hill station, that they can call their own, and enjoy without the hassle of building and maintaining. People can now own a home that is truly special in all its details, from the stunning architecture to the interiors, while availing of trained staff and concierge services. Isprava also offers different categories of villa’s, where the price varies, but the attention to detail and aesthetics, is not compromised.

Q. Isprava’s Nilgiris or Isprava’s Goa? And Why?
The two cannot be compared as they will be completely different in what they offer. Isprava’s Goa offers a chance to check out beaches, restaurants and nightlife, not to mention to host chic poolside parties at the villa. The Nilgiris will offer stunning hill vistas, vast gardens and an opportunity to curl up by a fireplace.

Q. Do you think people in India are becoming more conscious about interior aesthetics and styling?
Yes, definitely. People today have a lot more ideas about what they want. They are also slowly realising that once the basic shell is done, a house truly comes together with the styling elements. Rugs, plants, art, coffee table accessories, flowers, to even the bed linen, what we choose matters a lot! Even commercial spaces like offices and restaurants require these details, and some of my clients hire me only to source styling elements.
