Tell us a bit about yourself, how did you end up at Isprava?
I have always enjoyed working in the luxury space; however I never imagined working in the Luxury Real Estate sector! The Isprava story is unique because in addition to developing homes, it also operates in the hospitality sector. This is what drew me to Isprava.
What is your role here?
I manage our Channel Partners – for villa sales, villa rentals, and home partnerships.
What is your favourite part of your role?
Being part of 3 different teams – Sales, Rentals and Home Acquisition.
Tell us a little bit about the culture at the office?
The Isprava culture helps you learn alot, especially with the shadow program which is great.
Were you always inclined toward the luxury space? If so, how do you feel it evolving in India now?
Yes, having worked in the luxury space at hotels such as The Oberoi and Cidade de Goa, to luxury fragrances such as Hugo Boss, D&G and other such brands under Baccarose India, I enjoy working in the luxury space.
Luxury in India has been continuously evolving. It is no longer restricted to a single product or service and it now encompasses the entire consumer experience. Isprava is the best example for this- where clients are not only buying a luxury villa, but buying into the experience of owning a luxury home with its concierge, property management and rental services.
Are you more a beach person who loves the energy of Goa or the tranquil calm of the lush Nilgiris?
Energy of Goa- definitely! All I need on a holiday is the beach, a pool, palm trees, amazing restaurants and cafes. Goa checks all these boxes!
