They say hard work pays off, and we couldn’t agree more. We started off with a team of a few and an aim of introducing luxury private villas in Goa that gave a much more comfortable and a better face to holiday homes. Over the years, however, not only has our team expanded but so has our work and presence beyond Goa. In the past few years, we have not only built more villas for rent in Goa and properties for sale in Goa but also houses for sale in Nilgiris.
Today, we have some of the most prestigious awards and ranks to our name including Entrepreneur 35 under 35 Award and Hindustan Times Real Estate Awards, and looks like we are only climbing up the ladder. We were recently honoured by the AsiaOne Magazine as India’s Fasted Growing Brand and Leader 2018-19! It is always a pleasure having your efforts and progress recognized and appreciated. And this was immensely pleasurable and uplifting for our founder, Nibhrant, as well as for the entire team.
To have someone acknowledge your growth and your hard work is extremely motivating, and it encourages us to strive further and develop new milestones. This award did exactly that for us. We are further motivated to set new goals and work towards accomplishing them, while keeping our company culture intact. We believe our company culture also largely contributes towards the company’s overall success. Each team member’s professional as well as personal satisfaction in the workplace has played a role in achieving these feathers in our cap.
Now, as we step into the evolvement of Isprava in the form of new homes at new locations and more, we also aim at growing our hospitality business tenfold. And in the process, keep establishing ourselves as luxury real estate developers that build homes away from home.
