A simple desire of owning a home away from home in Goa turned into a business idea in no time. The idea went beyond just business; it meant rejuvenation and a sense of comfort. And, it was given the name Isprava. Holding the meaning ‘strength’, the word Isprava has been inspired by the Croatian dictionary; the significance being strength and stability that we build our homes with.
Isprava started off four years ago with a compact team of four-five individuals dedicated to making space for luxury holiday homes in Goa. Having built just two homes initially, we found great enthusiasm for our design and concept in our clients and prospective buyers. And, that is when Isprava’s vision took a definite shape.
Having established well in Goa, we next moved on to Coonoor. After all, a soulful surrounding is something we consider very important for our holiday homes. Moreover, a land that is unique and truly refreshing is another factor we consider, which is why we soon plan on building and designing homes in Alibaug as well by next year. We specialize in building and designing sophisticated properties in India, however, our vision definitely goes beyond this. We are looking at Isprava going global with Sri Lanka being first on our list. With hopes of having our international holiday home plans materialize by the end of next year; our team continues to work ardently each day towards that goal.
Although building luxury yet home-like villas is our primary forte, we also have our focus extended onto hospitality now. Meanwhile, we continue to cultivate that energy and determination we work with within our team while inching closer to our aims.
There is congeniality, there is professionalism, there is vibrancy and there is comfort; the same features then reflect in our work ethics. Our vision apart from keeping this bond consistent is growing this luxury holiday home building space not just in India but beyond!
