The last among the 9 villas that dot the ~500 sqm parcel of land that is the Monforte gated community, Villa I is an elegant three-storey home. The double-height living and dining area that is flooded with natural light is a welcoming space beyond the pretty white front door. A subtle, fuss-free design aesthetic is the overarching look of Villa I. The minimalism, however, doesn’t detract from the luxury, with fine-quality materials used throughout the house. The monochromatic colour palate is a wonderful contrast to the cement tiles and handmade leather-finished grey stone that offset the earthy interiors. Chic minimalism was never this compelling.
