When we set out to create Estate de Marissa, the homeowner’s vision was clear—a home that would blend timeless elegance with modern functionality, nestled in harmony with nature. They wanted a sanctuary that would reflect their refined tastes, celebrate the rich Goan-Portuguese heritage, and provide a tranquil retreat from the fast-paced world. The plot in Chapora provided the perfect canvas, with its undulating terrain, lush greenery, and serene views of the Chapora River. Inspired by the land’s natural beauty, we embraced the contours to design a home that feels intrinsically connected to its surroundings. The result is Estate de Marissa—a stunning blend of tradition and modernity, crafted with care and precision.
