Looking back at 201828th Dec 2018
Yet again, we are leaving one year behind, entering another, taking all the glorious moments along! This year, we saw some great achievements, crossed grand milestones and reached new heights. We learnt how a compact team, strong company culture, and a drive to strive can get you anywhere. What we cherish most about this year is how our hard work and creative adroitness has been widely appreciated.
Over the span of these 365 days, we were featured in, ET Luxury Second Homes, Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, BW Hotelier, Conde Nast Traveller, Mint, Parsiana Magazine, Business World, Rose Bowl, and the likes. We were also honoured with Excellence in Luxury Villas Award by Chief Guest, Shri Ravindar Waikar at the first ever Hindustan Times Real Estate Awards held in October. It was a moment of pride and definitely one to cherish.
In the same month, our founder – Nibhrant Shah was one of the 19 speakers at United Nations Young Changemakers Conclave. The event was an insightful opportunity for young entrepreneurs and dreamers to learn from the most renowned names from the field of politics, media, technology, social activism and arts. It was an uplifting moment not just for our founder but also for us.
In retrospect, our year was brimmed with leaving our customers feeling satisfactory with our villas for rent and sale in Goa and houses for sale in Ooty, Kotagiri and Coonoor. The past year has been even more special for us. We delivered our first home Chepstow Hall in Coonoor, our first gated community, Igreha Vaddo and three luxury homes, Casa Brava, Villa Vivré and Villa Loto Bianco in Goa. We now look forward to designing grand homes in Alibaug by the forthcoming year. Soon, we also aspire to mark international locations; Sri Lanka being on the top of our list. Nevertheless, we are grateful for all the love and support that we have received throughout the year. And, we cannot wait to cross more milestones ahead!
