Tanya is part of Isprava’s marketing team and has been with the company since December, 2016. Tanya graduated from UPG college with a Bachelor in Management Studies and has been working in the sales and marketing field ever since. Tanya loves to travel and is hot off the heels of an amazing European holiday and also knows every single dialogue of iconic Bollywood movies! We catch up with Tanya for a quick chat.
Tell us a bit about yourself, how did you end up at Isprava?
After working in the direct sales and marketing industry for over three years, I realized my work life was not exciting or challenging me anymore and hence I reached out to a few social media platforms and ended up finding Isprava.

What is your favourite part of your role?
Interacting with people across the world, waking up every day with a willingness to get some new marketing collateral and value adding to Isprava and getting served the best black coffee ever are amongst my favourite moments at work!
Tell us a little bit about the culture at the office?
The office culture is undeniably one of the best that I have come across. There are four absolutely diverse companies, working out of our stunning Wadala office and the exchange of ideas, energy and creativity is unbelievable. The open-door policy of my seniors, an open and nurturing environment and working with people who really care about you and what you think are what define the culture at Isprava for me.
What do you feel about the luxury space in India? How are consumer perspectives changing?
Over the years, the luxury space in India has seen an upward trend. People now relate luxury with seamless experiences, and brands like Isprava that have understood this and are making constant efforts to redefine luxury.
Are you more a beach person who loves the energy of Goa or the tranquil calm of the lush Nilgiris?
Being someone who is always hustling and trying to achieve 100 things at once, the calm of the lush Nilgiris helps me disconnect and get perspective.
What does luxury mean to Isprava?
For us, luxury means incredible and completely thought through experiences for customers. It is about going above and beyond to make life easy for a customer. It is more than just comfort, it is about revolutionizing the way one looks at luxury living in India and internationally.
