Our MD & Co-CEO, Nibhrant Shah, shares his views on uber-luxury housing and the growing demand for lush, green, secluded yet well-connected locations in Goa.
“Assagao is now perhaps the most expensive area in Goa to buy land. In the next decade, we are bullish about areas like Siolim, Mandrem, Moira, Aldona, Nachinola and the surrounding villages,” said Nibhrant Shah, the managing director and co-chief executive officer of Isprava Group. Shah added, “Luxury buyers demand in-land areas with low density, lush greenery and privacy – alongwith connectivity.”
The primary buyers are industrialists, promoters of listed companies, lawyers, startup founders, bankers, stock brokers, movie stars and sportspersons. For some in this group, the riches are newfound and a second home in Goa seems a worthwhile investment to them.
