Emergency contact numbers displayed at main panel board ?

All cables are tied with plastic cable ties ? (Binding wires are not allowed)

Dedicated zones are identified for stacking materials and scrap ?

All zones are made of hard barrications with a sign board ?

Is there a record available for 5S and cleaning, post work completion ?

Is the site team practicing proper materials stacking at their respective zones ?

Trainings/tool box talks conducted on cleaning and 5S ?

Is garbage/Scrap removal or dumping out of site happening as required ?

Garbage and Scrap records are available at site ?

Is the site team practicing to wear Safety Harness at working at heights ?
